Three things you don’t need to get a mortgage:

- First of all is 20% down. You don’t need 20% down in order to buy a property.
- Second, you don’t need to have a perfect credit score. There are programs that allow you to buy with minimum of 500 credit score.
- And the third one, you don’t need to be a US citizen in order to get real estate in USA.
