# Useful advice for investors today

You have to put a good price, real price. Please, don’t overprice or at least you know that you can go lower price. If somebody makes an offer, you know that you, your client will accept this offer.

Don’t waste time on keeping property on the market 3-6 months longer. It stays and kills the value of the property.
