# Becoming investor without investing too much

How to become an investor without investing too much of your own funds.

Is it even possible?

- You need to find a house that needs totally remodeled and you can use the program FHA 2O3K.
- This program is similar to a regular FHA loan.
- You can only put 3 1/2% on payment. But in addition, they will help you finance all the repairs that need to be done on the House.
- After you’re done with everything, you have to move into the house and live there for a minimum of 12 months.

And finally, after 12 months you have a legal right to run this place and use it as your investment property!
