We do a lot of loans for international buyers, who like to buy investments in the United States, and many of them are asking because other countries have different rules about it and they’re asking if I can sell my home while I have a mortgage.

Some people think they need to pay off either mortgage first in order to sell, but in reality it’s really easy.

You don’t need to do anything, you can just sell your property and your mortgage will be paid off through the sale of transaction.
