# 3 mortgage programs for the unemployed

Three programs that will help you get a mortgage even if you are unemployed.

1. Non doc loan. All you need for this program is 20% loan payment on the credit score.
2. DSCR loan. Basically on this program created for investors, you don’t need to show any documents as long as you’re buying an investment property.
3. Asset depletion for people have a good cash reserve where they can use their savings as income and again you don’t need to provide any documents for that.
