# Can a foreigner purchase a property in the USA?

Buy a foreign property in the US?
Yes it is possible!

All you need is:

- valid passport
- USA visa
- bank account — to show that you have enough money for a down payment.

Typically, these loans require a 25 to 30% minimum down payment and do not require many documents.

You can buy real estate in the US as an investment as long as you have valid documents.
