# Conventional limits have been increased

It’s time for good news!

Feds increase the minimum loan amount that they do in each county. So let’s say if you’re in LA County, our minimum loan amount was 980,000. From January 1st, they’re going to be increasing it to a million 89.

So it’s great news for people if you like to buy a property and put minimum down payment.
