I got my first house!! If you have a unique financial situation, they are the ones to call! I am self employed and run my own payroll, and because of that, all traditional loans would only count like half of my income. Great team! Getting a first house is not easy these days. These guys really fought for us to make sure it happened. Every escrow is different so no sense in getting into the details, but i will say that when it comes to doing whats best for their client this company is it.
