I am getting into the business of investing in real estate , in this business you need to act fast , and you need to be able to get financing for the property super fast ( or pay cash ). Alex approved me for the loan fast , escrow was closed on the 27th day!!! And got me a rate almost a full precent lower than i was expecting. I got my first house!! If you have a unique financial situation, they are the ones to call! I am self employed and run my own payroll, and because of that, all traditional loans would only count like half of my income. Between his efforts and my realtor (who he was also in close communication with, taking the pressure off me), I had virtually no closing costs. I never thought I'd be raving about my mortgage broker, but I am!! It all started with a low pressure phone call, so I highly recommend just give em a call and see how you feel. They are awesome!
