If you are currently self-employed and you don’t show enough income on your taxes, you can use this program.

So bank statement, it requires minimum 10% on payment. You have to provide any income documents, no taxes, no W2-s but all you need to show is your business bank statements and we’re going to use your deposits, gross deposits as your income.

Pretty much it’s all you’re going to show 12 month business, bank statements and the letter from a CPA that you are self-employed for the past two years.
